Narsobawadi Visit Photo Gallery 2011

We have recently visit the great place where Narasima Saraswati Swamy spent 12 years and left his padukas, the place called 'Narsobawadi' or Narsobachawadi' near to Sangli / Miraz Town in Maharashtra State.

Route: We travelled from Hyderabad to Sangli, from there it is just 22 Kilo Meters distance to reach the great holy place.

'Divyajanani', 'Matrusri' Alivelumangamma lovingly called as 'Ammagaru' is born in Mannava village of Guntur district in Andhra Pradesh. Her parents Sri Mannava Balakrishna Sharma & Smt. Ranganayakamma hail from a traditionally devoted family. They named her after a goddess as 'Alivelu Manga Tayaru'. Ammagaru is the 6th child in the family of 6 girls and 2 brothers. A big Ashram got developed around her at Jillellamudi and is famous for its Daily Meals donation for thousands of people every day. Sadguru Sri Namapally Baba About Baba: Who is this Baba?  From where he is, no one knows. His actual name and his birth, his parents, no details are known. In 1945, he was first seen at a burial ground near malakpet railway station, Hyderabad. He always used to be in a blissful state and never used to speak with anyone. At times he used to wet himself under the tap, then sleep on a small wall in the burial ground. He used to talk to himself,  laugh, sometimes look at sky and do some gestures. Most of the people thought that he was a beggar. But there were a few blessed people, by this time only identified him as an avadoota. People were astonished with the divine fragrance coming from Baba, even though he hadn't taken his bath for many days. In 1972 Baba had an accident and was admitted to Osmania Hospital.
